About this event

With a good team, you get what you measure. But that can be a double-edged sword!

Many promising startups struggle because they focus on the wrong things, or simply cannot focus at all, because everything feels like a priority.

Whether you’re searching for product-market fit or scaling up, you’ll get a simple framework to identify your “north star metric” to align product, sales and marketing and push the pace of growth. We’ll figure out which behavioural metrics drive financial ones, so your teams can make better decisions, focus, and prioritise the right work. We’ll also talk about how to measure fuzzy things like “brand strength” and product-market fit.”

This talk is an interactive group discussion, happy to discuss your specific challenges!
