What3words has risen in popularity in the past couple of years, all down to the fantastic marketing efforts of its international team.
Jessica, Consumer Marketing Lead, is here to talk us through the behind-the-scenes and showcase what makes a brand catapult to success.
Jessica has a breadth of experience and knowledge to share so it’s been hard to simplify it all to a few bullet points, but she’ll be sharing with us:

About the speaker
Jessica McCready, Consumer Marketing Lead at What3words.
Jess McCready is the Consumer Marketing Lead at what3words. Her role is to drive consumer awareness and usage of what3words globally; including strategy, development, and execution of multi-channel campaigns across channels like TV, OOH, digital, and social.
Jess started out in Brand Management for FMCG company Arla Foods, as an ABM on Anchor and Lurpak. Following this she spent time in NYC working in B2B financial software marketing, and then in Sydney as an Account Director for a full-service creative and media agency, running the East Coast operations. On return to the UK, Jess led Digital Customer Acquisition for Western Union UK, and then served as Head of Marketing for fintech startup Monese.
Outside of work, Jess paints and draws, often taking courses, visiting exhibitions, or doing commission-based work (and then spending that money at the Affordable Art Fair). She is known for throwing extravagant dinner parties, being the go-to person for product recommendations, and is an enthusiastic advocate of a 6am F45 or Barry’s Bootcamp class. She will never say no to a holiday but prefers the snow to the beach, and has accidentally acquired 25k followers on TikTok
