About this event

We are very excited to be running a regular series where we gather brands from the community to share exactly how they do marketing.

In our How We Do Marketing series we’ll give you an inside view on how brilliant members of our community build their brands. The sessions will touch on everything from strategy and the role of marketing in different businesses to execution. Our aim is that you feel inspired by great work and fired up to go make things happen.


Dishoom has eight cafés in London, Edinburgh, Manchester and Birmingham. Each serves a lovingly curated menu of Bombay comfort food and award-winning drinks in beautiful restaurants with unique stories. For those who are more comfortable at home, ten delivery kitchens in London, Brighton and Cambridge serve dishes that can abide a little travel.


The Dishoom online Store houses an eclectic mix of Dishoom favourites – meal kits, bottled cocktails, cookery book and other sundries. Everything Dishoom does shares its love for Bombay’s culture, heritage and people, and everyone is welcomed with warmth.

Dishoom’s Senior Marketing Manager Clare Reid, who has been with the company for the past 5 years, will share how the business has grown in that time and how they’ve balanced brand and performance marketing in the most challenging year hospitality has ever faced.
